Website Revamp

Hi Marc,

First impressions are that it looks quite good but I'll address the niggles (for me anyway!):

Home Page I'm not sure about the placing of the images, I think I'd go for larger versions running in a slide show, maybe 8-10 pictures in total.

Portfolio You might want to consider making the thumbnails bigger or the portfolio titles smaller, it looks a bit unbalanced at the moment. I would also think about putting some personal work on there be it landscapes, macro, weddings etc etc. It gives potential clients the opportunity to see that you are an all round photographer.

Links I'd move this to the far right spot on your top menu bar, I'd also include a few lines for each link giving a very high level overview of the site you are linking to.

Have you considered an 'About Me' page? It helps to give clients a better idea of who you are and what you can do.

Hope this helps.

I did have a slideshow on the homepage originally but I got negative feedback on it. I may revisit the idea though or maybe arrange the collage differently.

Not sure how to adjust the thumbnail sizes as it was created with a template, but you have a good point and I think I will reduce the title sizes

TBH I don't have any landscape/macro shots that I deem good enough to display on the website and I have never photographed a wedding (As an official Tog or guest) but it is certainly something I'll bear in mind for later.

Certainly take those points on board.

This is something I have thought about and was going to put it in the Services page. Do you think it would be better in it's own page then?

Hope this helps.

It certainly does, thanks for the feedback.
