Right, hacked around a bit more and sorted out a few of the original niggles that were happening. still a teeny bit to add - mostly word stuff - and finalize images into the gallery (um, sort of the point of a photography site but hey!).
It works on most browsers but IE still throws stuff around weirdly.
very annoying.

I was looking at your website earlier and thought it's really good actually. Only crit is the About section I found a bit wordy - not that it isn't a good read, just that you could cut it down it bit...

Otherwise, top marks (y)
 
thanks for that, yes the 'about' bit I found hardest to do actually! pictures: fine. trying to write a few words about myself without sounding like an arrogant ****** [I'm aazing blah blah blah]...erm!
after all visitors are there for my photos! will bash it about and try and cut it down :)

slideshow? oh its a pop-up javascript. make sure javascript is enabled in your browser.

it shouldn't matter but what browser and screen resolution are you using?
