No worky on W7 with IE9

Excuse be for being candid - but you make out its ready for the big wide world. Its not.
You ask people of your home page to let you know about any bugs with the site. and its impossible to navigate to get to the crux of what you are selling, and do seem to be selling

Not an issue but will make this more clear.

Taken from the New website post:

"I have not included any prices on here as of it due to mainly building up my portfolio, so you if think you have an idea that might benefit the both of us, give me a call and we can arrange a meet to discuss your plans."

EDIT: I have created a 'Services' page explaining the above.

and you also say on the homepage

"If you see any issues, feel free to pop me an email and I will have a look into it."

which I was the sort of thing I meant when I said not ready. Nothing to do with your portfolio

The popup box for the portraits isn't to my taste. When selecting an image it works fine, but when you move to the next image the new image is of a different size, making the viewing experience a bit clunky and unintuitive. I'd like all popup images to display in a frame of the same size, with the periphery of the frame left blank for portrait vs landscape.

A nice looking site in the making, but with the edges still unfinished to my taste.

Thank you. I have amended this.

I am amending the pop-up box's later today.

I have also amended the title to this post as I clearly overlooked to many things by being very impatient!

formatting is all t'hell with XP and IE6 as well, but it works okay with firefox on the same computer

Im sorry XP & IE6! Who are you ;)
.

you'll need to speak to our ISS dept - apparently the reason we are still on XP and 6 is that the internal bespoke software doesnt run properly with new fangled technology like Vista or 7, or for that matter IE7 or 8 - and we arent allowed chrome because its not on the approved list for security or some such.

I was quite impressed that we managed to get firefox - though needles to say its version 7 not version 8 :bang:

(at Home I'm runnnig 7 and chrome so i'll have a look tonight and see what its s'posed to look like)

Sounds like the company i work for! Altough we are still XP / IE7 / IE8(Testing, doesn't work with applications) / IE9 out of the window. Firefox 4 (only just!) Chrome = no go.

But the boss's have recently brought an Application that was written in VB6! Out of date by 10 years! and thats not supported in IE8/9/Firefox/Chrome or anything above XP/Win2k3!

Thanks. Should have more content later.

- spacing issues - resolved
- Proportions issue on the post pages with portrait images. - resolved
- White space - being filled

Thanks for feedback so far!
