the aspect ratio of a full frame camera shot is still the same as a 1.6 crop camera 3:2.

Although some cameras (like the D3) have an option to shot at 5:4 ratio, most people crop to aspect ratio in post processing and I believe all post processing packages can manage this.

eta - most wedding albums are manufactured with no thought on the publishers part as to that camera is used

sadly only one reply on this one but other people must encounter this problem
thanks hugh for reply.

thanks james i just got to remember to leave plenty of space to enable the crop without cuting heads or arms from people i tend to go to close and fill the frame while i use the zoom
the link is also very helpfull
thanks phil

Ah, the trick is not leaving too much room though

Not sure how much PP you do, or if you have PS/lightroom et al, but if you don't, there's a nifty free program called Photoscape that will automatically crop to a specified ratio.
