I don;t even know how to describe this wierdness.
I've been editing pictures from a wedding 10 days ago and saving them into a new "edits" folder. All number from CM1 (Clare and Mark 1) to currently CM396. All good so far.
This morning I went into the edits folder (in windows "my pictures" and noticed that one image was no longer a single image - it was a folder. When clicking on it it showed a picture and using the right and left arrow keys revelaed more pictures that should have been separate within the edits folder. I also noticed that many of the images had renamed themselves - thus buggering up the order of the images.
In an attempt to recify things I copied a few images with the intention of putting them in a new folder. When pasting the images into the new folder COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PICTURES APPEARED!!
What on earth has happened??
My plan is to renumber them starting from scratch but before I do that I want to get them into chronological order - but the folder won't have it.
Please help!
