Welding glass.

Been thinking about getting some to try some long exposures with my DSLR and was wondering what grade/strength I'd need for daytime landscape type of stuff?

I went for grade 14. At £1.50 from the bay you can't really go wrong.

But beware a 4x3 glass only just fits a 77mm filter lens. You have to position it carefully to avoid light leakage

I would say just buy any strength from 8 to 14, depending on the manufacturer the shades vary big style! I'm using a 10, another 10 I used was 'darker' as well as having a less green cast on it. There cheap so just experiment and have fun
