The composition is good, however the light seems absolutely crazy harsh. The tree is almost black.

I believe I was shooting into the sun for this photo and I didn't like the view looking back from the other side of the bend so I decided on this one.

I guess I could have taken the photo when the sun wasn't overhead like that but I only had the opportunity there and then to take it.

It can be frustrating as hell!!! It drives me crazy when the light is poop.
