were to buy a flash umbrella mount

I need a flash / umbrella mount for a lightstand, ive bought ones at £5 of the net and they are plastic and a bit pants.. any suggestions for one that is better made as there seem to be 100's out there on amazon / ebay!

It seems to be made from extruded aluminium. Some are cast, and quite roughly finished. In comparison, the above is not bad. I have three on an overhead boom... they tighten up securely, and so far so good.

I was looking at the Frio(?) product, but could not find a supplier in UK.

If you mean tilt head, I'd just go for Calumet or Manfrotto (around 20.00)

I use these, they lock really well and are solid as a rock.
Once I have had 4 flashes fixed to one of these up the end of a 3+ meter light stand being hand held

I got my cast metals one from Focus on imaging trade show which is in a month or so got a great deal from there if you can make it
