Was fascinated by this (as I always am with all the exhibits when I go to Duxford - just 25 miles from home. Marianne is not that impressed!)

Heehee, just my sort of thing. I like the way they've put the fuel, earthing point, exhaust, high voltage and the fire panel next to each other. It should have a bigger sign saying... Potential Bomb don't fiddle.

I don't like it as a keeper shot though, and I can go quite a long way down the machinery shot route. ;)

:)

Oh Marianne, I feel for you! I remember sitting on a seat at Duxford with my mum 10 years ago, while my husband, my father, and my 2 boys wended their way round.
Never have I been so bored.

(I'm not a "girlie girl", I adore cars and motorbikes, but this..........!!!!!! )

Always fascinated by Duxford and now have the excuse of grandsons. Trouble is that aircraft that I have flown in in the 60's are exhibits! The York was the one piloted by my mate Harold who will be the subject of the TV programme Airline in the Autumn.

Forgot to say - image as usual crisp and perfectly exposed!

image is great

not been to Duxford for a few years, need to get along!
