What bag to carry 500mm f/4 L

Hi All,just wondered what you people with the the canon 500mm f/4 L are using to carry it around,i will be ordering a 500mm in the next week or so,i dont want a single lens bag as i may want to take my 100-400mm with me sometimes,two i have looked at are lowpro vertex 200,or the 300,
your ideas are welcome,

Use a Vertex 200 myself. I have found that you can fit a 500 f/4, with hood reversed and no body fitted., 2 1D 3 bodies in the pockets on 1 side of the lens and 4 short lenses [16-35, 14mm, 24 mm & 50 mm] sitting vertically, or a 70-200 lying parallel, in the pocket on the other side of the lens.

Takes the 600mm the 300mm and 2 bodies i don't know if i told you it survived a trip back from bass rock in stormy weather. About an hour at sea and waves soaking me every few seconds all the kit inside was dry i was drenched
