Yes
I want to take some shots of Dorothy and myself,
i only have one SB 600 for the D300 ,so can use it off camera ,but wanted to drape a white sheet as a background and to stop shadows light that with a couple of normal spot lamps.

The question is ,What type of light bulb do I use so as not to put a yellow light at the back.
And where can I buy these bulbs if they are special ones.

Sorry if it's a dumb question guys, but I'm more a landscape type than portrait.

PS. get back to you tomorrow night as my bed is calling.....

Choose a lamp with the same colour temperature as your flash.
I have some 5500K which aren't far off but your gonna struggle to light anything big, evenly.....flash all round is the best way :)

if you have tungsten balanced bulbs maybe a tungsten gel for the flash (forum search lee filters) and balancing for tungsten

You could also try one of these . I cmae across someone selling them in the UK, but I can't remember who it was at the moment  About £25 each iirc
