I after a bag for everyday use. Be after carrying a Nion D300 with a 70/200 f2.8 attached, a d300 body, a couple of t/c and a couple of lenses e.g a 17/35 f2.8 and a 50mm f1.8.
Prefer a backpack, unless somebody has a better idea.
More pockets the better, the ability to carry a monopod/tripod, rain cover/waterproof and a bottle holder would be nice or a big pocket a bottle can go in.
Suggestions please:D

I just got a flipside 400 AW takes lots of stuff :-) I am really pleased with it, does everything you mention above.

details here

Same as Martin above, everything he has said....

A slightly older model but I like the LowePro Mini-Trekker AW -- sounds like it should hold what you want.

A mid range zoom with hood extended is about the same size as a 70-200 with the hood reversed, so you could have one on camera and the other by the side. That'd leave the other side for one or two primes, etc.

Stick a couple of rear lens caps together and keep the TCs together so they take less space.

I have the Tamrac Expedition 8 which carries everything in my sig (not the studio lights etc. though). It is exceptionally comfortable worn over extended periods.

Thanks all for the replies, I did look at the flipside 300 today wasn't sure iof it would be a bit small. Will have a look at the 400 and the Tarmac.
I already have one of the Lowepro runner series (at mo cant rmeber which one) which I tend to keep all my stuff in. So I after a slighty smaller bag to tahe to motorsports events.

The Tamrac is not a small bag:)
