What could replace my Fuji X10 - a Nikon P7100 or??

Yes
Don't get me wrong as the X10 is a lovely camera very capable of taking excellent shots but it has aspects that frustrate me because of my compromised mobilty. I am very poor on my legs always needing to use a stick but any further than 100 yards and my mode of transport is a wheelchair.

The features that cause me frustration are:

1) The removable lens cap and I am surprised I haven't lost it but apart from mislaying it is a case of ideally needing both hands to put it on and off.

2) Turning on/off again needs two hands ideally.

3) Zooming again ideally needs two hands.

4) The fixed LCD as I am unable to get down to get low level shots and realise a tilting, or articulating, LCD would be more fun.

So I have identified the Nikon P7100 as a possible replacement that has no lens cap, tilting LCD and turning on/off, zooming could be done one handed.

So has anyone owned a X10 who has previously owned another camera or who felt the X10 had to go in favour of anything else? I must have a smallish camera and would like a viewfinder. I have just sold my Panny G2 as too heavy but enjoyed the articulating LCD.
