What do I need? (Adapter Spigot??)

Hi all,

Recently purchased a car rig and wanted an adapter. But I don't know what I'm after - or at least what it's called.

At ~3:12 in this video, it is pictured being attached to the suction cup.

I also searched the forum and gathered that it may be called an "Adapter Spigot". (http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/threads/car-rig-pieces.152930/)

However, when I search Google, I don't get what I'm after.
