What is this on my sensor?

I just noticed all my images have this spot, the darkish spot inside the red circle, on them on the same position, bottom right side of the frame.
I tried a different lens, used a rocket blower and it's still there.
My D300s is only 4 months old, is this something to be worried about?

this wasnt there before, last week I did some 20 seconds long exposures in london doing some light trail shooting, could this have anything to do with it?

Looks like a simple dust spot mate, you can get swabs or a dust blower to get that off. Dust gets onto the sensor when you change lenses but it can be easily removed. In the mean time you can use a cloning tool in your favourite editing program to remove that spot

I will clean it again later, thanks guys. before I went digital, I was using, still am, a Yashica mat medium format, its full of dust but that just adds to the charm of the images, not so much on digital

Kardo your D300s has a sensor cleaning option in the menu, try that before attacking it with swabs.
