What lens do i need?

Sigma and Tamron both do long range zooms, i.e. 18 - 200mm in the sigma case I think its 250mm at the long end, but there not cheap. You could use the Tamron 70 - 300mm it has a macro setting and I use it a lot, its very good value for money.
 
Canon 18-135mm?
Tamron 18-270mm?

They seem popular superzooms.

Perhaps consider a two lens set-up, like a 70-200mm f/4 and a Tamron 17-50mm.
