What MonoPod and Tripod?

As title, I need a couple of new monopods and tripods, one got stolen and my monopod vanished, I do both photography and videography, my question is:

* What is currently the best bang for buck mono/tripods available? I don't want one that's £100's or anything, just one that does the job well and is used by an experienced photographer, the less money the better. For example something that you might buy from 7dayshop or something, say £50 or less, hell even £10 for a monopod if its good.
 
I have it myself and it's very good. it comes with a ball head, anything much cheaper is going to be crap and you will have to replace it within a short time

Do a search on here for redsnapper lots of people on here have one and are very happy

As above the tripod is good and solid for my needs. The removable leg is quite short but there may be a way to expand it with an adapter

The ball head can pan seperatly from the ball its elf to so stays flat
 
i have the RSF284 legs plus the RSH12 Ball head. rock solid combination. Very pleased.
