What to pack for USA trip?

I'm off for a 10 day holiday around Boston and NYC in a couple of days. I've only got a medium size Camera bag (Tamrac Adventure 9 (Model 5549))

My usual walk about set up that fits in this bag is ::

1x7D, 1x70-200 IS L F2.8, 150MM Sigma Macro, 24-70 F2.8L, 50 F1.8, 2xExtender Mk II.

I usually leave my 100-400 IS L and my 17-40 F4 L at home as they don't fit.

So the question is - out of all that kit, what do people think I should take with me?

Just go with an empty Tamrac Adventure 9 and a full wallet!

I've managed to pack it so that everything but the 2x extender and the 50mm fit in the bag. Seems sensible this way as the 2x I usually use with my 70-200 and the 100-400 will do that fine. and the 50mm is covered by the 24-70.

Only issue is that the 70-200 is now in the top part of the bag in its cream soft case along with all the hoods.. so not 100% happy about that as it may get battered as hand luggage
