Yes
I'm staying in south Bristol on Tuesday night and I've got the afternoon and evening free, so where would be the best place to head? The bridge or the centre?

I've got a 10-20mm so can do some nice ultra wide stuff.

Any suggestions for me and my tripod?

Millenium Square - Mirror Ball and lights
Waterfront - Boats, people and lights/signs at night
Park Street - light trails
Cumberland Basin - underneath for views up the Gorge to the Suspension Bridge.
Corn Street - pubs, clubs, people.
St Nicholas Market - daytime people/stalls
City Centre - water features, people, people, people :)
Cathedral - inside shots

Thanks for that, can you suggest a tour route, how accessible are they by car? Just for getting in and out of the locations.

Everything on the list is accessible by foot from any nearby carpark.
There is a carpark at Millenium Square HERE and there are numerous carparks around the city centre as shown HERE prices vary depending on length of stay.

THIS is a useful map of the city central area - C indicates the city centre and Millenium Square is between A & F, St Nicholas Market is between C & D (roughly).
