What to replace Canon SX210is

I have had an SX210is for a few years during which it has not had an easy life! I carry it around on the farm using it to photograph machinery and wildlife.
I like the features it has and use the telephoto lens at maximum quite often.
As you may be able to tell I have been very pleased with it so started to look for a canon replacement to find that they Make a 220, 230, 240 & 260! The question is what to go for?

I bought a Sony DSC-HX20V in the end, not much to choose between it and the Canon 260 but the Sony seems easier to navigate the Menus and I liked the Panoramic feature.
