What to Shoot ??

hi guys i got a canon 430ex II in april and haven't really used it. would anyone happen to know what is good to photograph with the flash to learn the settings and how it works?

Find a mate, sit them in a chair and try all the various settings and angles. Look at the results...keep a note of what works best for you...
