Another fine Dutch band and a great looking venue
 
Been listening to a fair bit of rock whilst running, but recently paid for something new (to me) in the form of the new album from anglo-swiss symphonic power metal band Gloryhammer. Spinal Tap at 11. Good beat, good tune, great vocal and silly humorous nonsensical lyrics. As one YouTuber says - "Some artists have one good song about love. This band now has three epic songs about a hammer."

Fini Bearman - album is Burn the Boat.

I had not heard of her until yesterday when we went to a gig where she was re-interpreting some Bowie songs in a jazz fashion called THIS IS NOT AMERICA http://www.finibearman.com/projects. The Bowie was excellent and this album (not of Bowie songs) is pretty good so far.

The new Tool album, released yesterday, track after track is blowing me away. A couple of mickey takers on it, which is what Tool do but the rest, just awesome.

7empest being played over and over.

I can't link to it as some of it is explicit but I'm glad it's raining today.

Tool have out Tooled themselves with this one, that's why it was 13 years in the making. :banana:
