What's missing??

hi guys,
I have a Cournetay solaflash 8000s studio flash,which i bought 2nd hand. It came with a honeycomb attachment which i have not yet used.There seems to be something missing which fits on to the springclips around the side of the frame,does anyone know what's missing or can help in anyway?
