Whats MPB return policy like?

Recently i've bought a used Giottos Tripod + Head from them.

Finally arrive and got the product today but guess what?

When i got home and open the package the tripod head plate falls off as i open the package then follow by the head lock clutch and then some small metal and spring component.

I then sense something is wrong here so i carry on unpacking, then realise the locking clutch on the tripod head is snap and broken.

I guess the tripod is going back or refund me some money back i guess?

The Tripod is in full working order but just the head not working which made me quite mad actually ....

Matt is a decent guy; contact him and tell him what has happened and he will sort you out.

yeah i will contact them tomorrow, it is a shame because i buy and sell with MPb before and they always been good.

Hopefully i can sort something out with Matt.

The thing is the tripod is in full working order and i actually like it ....... hopefully can patial refund on the head so i can go and buy a new head in the shop instead.

i returned something to them for a refund with absolutely no issues from them

They didn't quibble at all when I had to return a tamron 17-50mm because the front element was wobbly on arrival, even though they were adamant it was in perfect condition when it was posted, so must have been damage in transit (didn't seem likely to me, the external box was spotless and the lens was carefully wrapped inside another box that was surrounded by foam). They still refunded it fully without question.

Contact them, they'll sort it

yeah thx for the advice, think they will do a partly refund instead of the full refund, since i would like to keep the tripod and return the head instead

contacted Matt today and he offer to issue me part refund after i've showed him the broken pieces.

Part refund is good for him since i like to keep the tripod legs anyway so now all sorted.
