Set up!

Camera set to 1/250th | f/16 | ISO200 | Manual Focus | IS on | High Speed Continuous
Diffuser diffusing sunlight
430ex set to 14mm 1/16 power with diffuser grid on

And in all honesty ladies and gentleman I didn't find it that hard!
I know for next time I probably don't need the flash to fire and that I should use a faster shutter speed but that's it!

I think it's been fairly successful!

Fab shots Sean It's good of you to post a pic and diagram of your set up for people to see to I think 2. is my favourite with the bite, it shows just how irresistible they are.
