What's this little speck I'm seeing?

I've just noticed this tiny speck when I look through the viewfinder. I thought it was my lens at first, but I tried it with my other lenses and it's still there. It doesn't appear on the actual photos I take, just when I look through the viewfinder. Any help?

A quick blow with a rocket blower is the best way to try and shift it..

You might have a dead retinal pixel developing.
