When its raining outside...

I dont take alot of shots at, as still getting used to camera and am normally busy with work til late in evening, but if it is raining and i'm off (only been twice since getting camera), I made a water proof bag for camera using some thick clear plastic and take pictures outside still, see if i can get some 'dramatic' outdoor shots on the moors

I find wet dull days very uninspiring as far as taking pics is concerned. Don't mind going out in the rain, but not with a camera. Very occasionally mess about inside with a camera, but usually just let my hobby take a backseat in wet weather.

i have been caught outside with the rain a few times and got some great shots

if and when we have a good bit off bad weather i will pop to the local river and take some shots it is 1 1/2 miles wide lol and get some nice big ships sailing past i can use it to my advantage hopefully

I go out and buy a nice bunch of flowers for some macro stuff.

How sad am I!! :)

If the light is s***e, shoot black and white! And tbh, I have found that if the weather is bad, then that is the best time to go out. The weather can break, giving you god rays or moments of light., or you just get really flat light which can also be good if used right. The light I don't like is bright blue skies with strong sun. Give me a dull grey day anytime. ;)

I don't like indoor stuff so I just carry on with whatever I had planned and just get (very) wet, far more interesting than retreating to the house!

Read a book...
If you like it can even be a book about photography!

I have the opposite issue -- summer here is just so bright and unforgiving I can't wait for autumn (sorry, fall) to start tomorrow.

It's been so bad this summer that I've hardly picked up a camera in 3 months. So glad I discovered oil painting.
