I took this shot in February 2005, the national cross country champs at Cofton Park, Birmingham. I took the shot of Mark Whitmore, who ran for my club. Charnwood A.C. I looked at this image again recently when going through some old stuff and noticed the runner in the red shorts from Burton Athletic club was Matt Long, who I had only met 15 months ago when he became my coach.
