I need one of these

For those that don't know, it's for my softbox. It's what the 4 rods connect to then that connects to the light.
Now I have no idea
A) The proper name for one is
B) Where I'm going to find a replacment (lost one of them somehow)
Nor does it have a part number on it, making it even more difficult.
For those that don't know I have Elinchrom Prolinca 250W Lights and 2 matching branded softboxes (Elinchrom Prolinca lights only work with their accessories)
Now, apart from going to Elinchrom (which I emailed a week ago and still no reply
) where the hell am I going to find one of these? 
Any help massively appreciated
