Where to go?

So, My partner and I are off work for a week soon (YAY!) and want to go out for a couple of days with the cameras.
We are based in Essex, and plan to hit London one day, but any other places in Essex that are worth visiting with a camera? I quite like nature shots, so something along this line would be good, but anything considered!
