You could get in contact with lee filters and request/buy a swatch book for their gels for stage lighting? They are the perfect size and you get hundreds of colours for a few quid!

Or Roscoe- I emailed them for a 'sample pack' and got a little pack around an inch thick with loads of different sizes, just perfect for my SB900!

http://flashgels.co.uk/shop/ are meant to be pretty good too - the rosco strobist pack looks like the gels are still a bit too small tbh... plus flashgels include zillions of velcro dots etc.
