Which bag for Canon 300/2.8?

Hi All - Having now got hold of a Canon 300mm f2.8, I find it ain't gonna fit in my bag.

Can anyone recommend me a decent bag to fit one of these in for walkabout. It doesn't really need to fit anything else in, just the 300 attached to my 5D2 with battery grip.

The only ones I can find that look any good seem to be pretty expensive? :shrug:

Mine has a Kinesis L511 to slumber in.

ThinkTank Glass Taxi if you want to carry it about with the hood reversed. Lowepro 600AW if you want the head in shooting position. Either can take a couple of Lowepro Sliplock cases for other stuff.

Both of these look ideal. Do you have any recommendations for the best place to get hold of these at a decent price?

Ordered a Think Tank Glass Taxi as that looks to be the best value for money and looks like it does exactly what I want.

What about a Lowepro Flipside 400AW?

It fits a LOT in my bag for a good day out, but it fits the 300mm F2.8 with the hood reversed.

In mine I fit;
-Canon 5D MKII + 300mm F2.8 attached (hood reversed)
-Canon 70-200 f2.8 (hood reversed)
-Canon 24-70 f2.8
-Canon 16-35 F2.8
-Canon 430EX
- Hoodman Loupe
-iPad plus other things like filters, etc.
