Which Camera Bag??

I have been looking for a bag that I will be able to take on a plane as hand luggage when I go on holiday in December. I don't want to have to check it in and put it in the hold!!

I wouldn't usually take all of my lenses but I and interested in taking as many as possible as I'm going on a safari.

This is my current kit:
Canon 450d plus battery grip
Canon 18-55
Canon 55-250
Sigma 17-70
Nifty fifty
and a Sigma 120-400

Any ideas will be greatly welcome.

lowepro vertex aw200 or 300. The 300 is what I use if going away anywhere
