which card to write to?

I was wondering which is the better card to write to on the 1d mkIII? SD or CF? what are the advantages of both? My laptop and Tv has a SD slot but no CF, so it would be easier for me to view images, but i am thinking of the downside to it.

I use both, normally in sequence and I've not really noticed any difference except when downloading, then I get faster speed from the CF cards. My laptop doesn't have a CF reader but I just carry a portable one in the bag

I use both (on 1ds MKII), don't notice any real difference in camera, but notice a big difference in speed when D/L to desktop-the SDHC cards are much faster
