Greetings folks. I am a newbie who currently owns a Fuji S6500fd bridge camera. I picked it up a few years back in an attempt to get into photography but have always seemed to use it in the pre programmed settings with the occasional use of manual mode.
Looking to switch to a small camera, as most of the time I can't be bothered taking the S6500fd with me, plus I have trouble getting into gigs with it as security always seem to think it is a DSLR and refuse to let me take it in.
Having had a look around at the cameras on the market, I like the idea of buying a compact/micro four thirds system where if I start actually getting into photography I can buy more lenses and kit for it. In your expert opinions, which is the best camera to go for in the £300-£500 range? I like the look of the Sony NEX range, especially as they seem to be pretty decent for video recording as well.
Cheers!
