Which flashgun for canon 450d? Heyullllp!!

Ok....
Im looking for a flashgun with tilting head.. a diffuser.. stand.. umbrella.. and sync lead for the 450d.
But I've only got abou £150 to spend...
Can anyone offer any advice of what to buy?

Without the flash the rest is useless so I'd say get the flash first.....
