Which Head?

Hi,

I've just upgraded my tripod to a manfrotto 055 carbon one and I need a new head to go with it. I had looked at the 460mg but I think I would be pushing the weight limit with a gripped D700 and 70-200mm.

Can anyone please offer me sugguestions for a good one (not ballhead) that will take say 5kg? Budget about £70

Its ok, decided on a geared head, the manfrotto 410.

You did the right thing. I junked my 460 in favour of the 410. Great bit of kit. Superfine adjustment and very solid.
