hey guys, i only have telephoto lenses, i would like to start some architectual and landscape photography, which sort of lenses would be best, and can anyone point me in the right direction of price etc (: i have a nikon D3000, cheers everyhone (:
 
Oops didn't think bout that lol, I'm not really too bothered to be honest, cheap would be nice though, as I'm new I think maybe £200 or thereabouts (:
 
Some people like ultra wide lenses for architectural stuff but I can't think of any worth buying for your budget.

I would take a look at a used Tamron 17-50 2.8 (non VC model). It'll come in under budget but make sure it's the one with a built in focus motor as I'm not sure that they all have one.

It's very highly regarded on here. Nice and fast and good IQ. Build quality isn't amazing but it's not bad either. Well worth a look.

Brilliant thanks a lot, how do I know if it doesn't have the motor?
