which lighting?

hi anyone out there would like to impart some words of wisdom on which of these are the best would mostly be appreciated

mobile studio full lengths head shots etc been using some ropey cheap ones got off ebay but they really aren't ideal

There are a few decent brands about, but you won't go wrong with Bowens, Elinchrom, or Lencarta.

Budget? Maybe post in the lighting section.
