Which memory card?

I've recently purchased a Nikon D5000 & i bought the Sandisk Ultra SDHC 8GB cardwith the camera.

I now am about to buy another but whilst looking on Amazon I came across this 16GB card.

My (obvious) question is with the price for this card would its performance be sub-standard or more importantly could it damage the camera?

Cant really say but 20mb is slow

I use CF cards which are faster 600mb

but suppose its how fast your cam writes and empty buffer

and your cam only takes SD dont know what the best speed is for them

but then again it depends what your shooting fo LS it would be OK for multi bust or video a bit slow

WATCH OUT for fakes

Bloody hell they are great prices. I've ordered a 16GB card from Play last night but I'll certainly use that site in future. Thanks for the link.

Amazon is another good place to buy from. Try and stick to branded memory, Scandisc is amongst the best.

How ever make sure that the product is actually being supplied by Amazon, and not a 3rd party. The card the OP linked to is actually being sold by 'Low Price Memory'.
