Which MFT Portrait Lens?

Hi all,

I was wondering what lenses people would recommend for my Panny m4/3

Ones I am contemplating are:

- Oly 45mm f/1.8
- Panny 45mm f/2.8
- Legacy Canon 50mm f/1.4 FD

Any recommendations either from the list above or other ?
 
Thanks guys. I have heard good things about the Oly 45mm.

Is the legacy OM 50mm f/1.8 better than the Canon FD 50mm f/1.4 ?

It's going to be cheaper... I got mine in a bundle deal with OM adapter and 28mm/2.8 for £44 delivered. Took some lovely pictures whilst we were away at the end of last month. Has a bit of chromatic aberration which can be removed by Lightroom easily

I'm kitted with Samyang 7.5mm, Panasonic 14mm, Panasonic Leica 25mm, legacy OM 28/2.8, oly 45mm (arriving tomorrow) and legacy OM50/1.8. The 28 and 50mm legacy lenses made me go out and buy the 25 and 45... ;)

Now do I invest in a 12-35... :thinking:
 
I haven't had the benefit of trying the Canon FD f/1.4 unfortunately, but OM is extremely sharp, have been tempted to get an EOS adapter for it.
 
Thanks for the feedback guys. I may try out a legacy 50mm lens before splashing out on something like teh Oly 45mm or maybe save for teh 45mm and get a smaller legacy prime in between my current Panny 14mm and the 50 mm :suspect:
