Which monitor for £200 or less

My dad uses a laptop for his computing needs, but the screen is very poor for any sort of photo work, so he's looking for a monitor to plug into the lapto and would like to spend £200 or less.

Any suggestion as to the best ones, about 22"

I almost got the 2209wa a few months ago as it was I think one of the first IPS screens to go sub £250. In the end I went with the HP ZR22w as it has better pixel density (1920x1080 21.5" vs 1680x1050 22") for only a small price increase.

The HP is 16:9 aspect ratio while Dell is 16:10, which some people may like more

The HP still has more vertical pixels than the Dell. I'm looking forward to when 2560x1440 becomes the "standard" monitor resolution instead of 1920x1080.
