which monopod

I have the Manfrotto 679B.

It holds my 5d Mk2 and 100-400mm no problem.

12kg I think it's limit is. Can be had for about £40
 
think i got that giottos one, as far as simple type monopods go its damn good :)
theres some fancy 200quid manfrotto one with fluid ball at base and fluid head thats ment tobe amazing
