Hi folks. I have a D300 and up 'till now I've had a Sigma 10-20, Tamron 17-50 2.8 and a Sigma 70-200 2.8. This week I've bought a Sigma 24-70 2.8, which makes the 17-50 a bit redundant, and I'm thinking of selling this and my 10-20 and going for a Nikon ultra wide. My first thought is to look at the 12-24 F4 lens as this has a fast aperture and doesn't give me any overlap of focal lengths in my camera bag. How does this lens compare with the 10-24 in terms of IQ ? The lens would be used for landscapes, so the larger aperture of the 12-24 would be a bit irrelevant I think, but if it's a better lens.....I could stretch to about £600 s/h, is there a better lens at this price that would be worth considering ? I don't expect I'd find a 12-24 2.8 at my budget but if I could stretch myself would this lens be better for landscape work ?
Thanks
Thanks
