Which Nikon lenses have manual focus & aperture ring?

Looking at wide angle Nikon lenses that i can use on my Micro 4/3 cameras. I have an adapter but wondering which lenses would be most suitable or ones to avoid due to different fitting.

I think it's just the G lenses you need to avoid, as these have no aperture rings.

Andy:
AIS are fully manual.
D lenses have "Distance information" provided to the metering system - matrix metering, with manual focus overide to autofocus and aperture ring.

G lenses have camera control only for the aperture diaphragm.
