Which of my canon fit lenses will a Sigma 1.4 APO tele converter fit?

Hi Guys,
A question for someone more technical than me, I have a Sigma 1.4 converter that i use with my Canon 7-200 2.8 lens, will it work on my other lenses?
I have
Sigma 17-70mm f2.8 -4 HSM
Tamron 18-270 mm f 3.5-6.3
Sigma 105mm 2.8 macro 2.8 HSM OS

It will fit the 105mm macro. It won't fit the 17-70mm. It almost certainly won't fit the Tamron 18-270mm, but even if it did, the image quality would probably be horrible.
