Which of these compacts is better? Suggestions?

Was wondering it anyone could help me choose between these cheap compacts.


At the moment I am leaning towards Panasonic :

But also interested in this Pentax:

Am mainly interested in the image image quality and wide angle features.As they where quite similar spec I was unsure what brand to go for. Am not very concerned about features such as the face recognition ect.

I just sold an Auto110s on Ebay a couple of months ago, I must admit it was the only camera my wifes ever gone "Ahhh I like that" at.

That new Pentax looks lovely, are there many reviews of it around?
 
Of those two I'd get the Panasonic every time. The Canon suggested above is also great but bulkier.
