Morning guys.

Just looking at two lenses.

Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM

and...

Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC HSM for Canon

Which one shall i get, and what prices shall i be offering?
 
I have the Sigma and its a great lens lots say as good or better then the Canon one bought mine last year new £320

If buying new, look on Camerapricebuster.co.uk for an idea of current prices.

no problems recommending the Sigma (new you get a 3 years warrenty) You'll still pay more 2nd hand for the Canon lens, :thumbs:
 
The Canon 10-22 is noticably better than the Sigma lens, but not justified in the hike on price. The Sigma 10-20 (provided you get a good copy) is an excellent lens (I have one) with very good build quality and unless you have the extra cash to fork out, I'd recommend going that route.
 
I went for the Sigma. The Canon 10-22 sounds like it is a nicer lens, but not so much nicer that I'd pay the extra that they want to charge for it. Mine was from Martin's Camera Shop website. Best price I could find, ann d pretty good service.
