took these earlier today adjusted the vibrance and saturation just wandered what one you thought was best the second is the original, i just wanna know as im trying to get to grips with photo shop

ooooops accidently deleted them

also is there anything else i could do to improve it, not looking for anyone to do it for me just abit of advice so i can learn the art

I've had a quick play. Made a small adjustment to levels to brighten it slightly. Think there is a very small boost to contrast too. Tiny tweak on saturation to lift the colours, as it was obviously taken on a dull day. Finally added a hint of sharpening.

If it was my image I might also take the time to clone out the wire in the sky. From a composition point of view, I'm not sure about the hand in the corner. It's obviously part of the 'story', so I don't think the image would be improved if it was cloned out. But I do think the image suffers because the hand isn't attached to anything. If the person had been included, the image may be a little stronger for it.

Anyway, here's what I ended up with.

Well you cant see the wire, so must have done it right!
