Much prefer #1
Although the tone of #2 seems to bring out her eyes more,
it just looks a bit 'plasticky' and forgive me for saying so but 'twee'.... and shes much too gorgeous for that!

Number 1 definitely better. But I also feel that maybe a little too much smoothing has been applied? Unless of course her skin really IS that smooth!
